go Transcript Requests
Please send a request letter with the following:
- Your "Signature" (must be included on your request letter.)
- First, Middle and Last Name - and any other name(s) you attended under, such as a Maiden Name or other Last Name.
- Your current address and telephone number. You may provide an e-mail address.
- Your student ID Number and/or Social Security Number.
- The year you graduated, or last year of attendance
- State if you studied at the undergraduate or graduate level or both.
- Please provide a complete address for destination of the transcript.
- Please sign your request letter.
- Send completed request letter to:

There is no fee for transcripts.
Please allow 10 working days for processing -- longer at end of the semester.
Please Note: As policy of Westminster College, Transcripts are NEVER faxed. Unofficial transcripts are not available except to currently enrolled students only, through their WC WebStudent Account.
*Transcripts are not released if there is an outstanding financial obligation to the College. Please call the Business Office @ (724) 946-7140 with any questions about your financial account.
