The Annual Report is required to be completed by each student organization annually in April. Failure to fill this out results in ineligibility for SGA funding and participation in the Activities Fair the following Academic Year.

Event Planning

Campus Event Registration Form

Student Organizations must have their events approved via the Event Registration form. We ask that they be completed within 5 business days of your event. 10 business days prior to event is expected for large-scale campus events. If you have questions in the meantime, feel free to reach out to the Area Coordinator of Student Engagement, Melissa Reabe at reabemt@westminster.edu

Berlin Lounge Technology Request Form

If you have Berlin Lounge reserved for an upcoming event, please fill out the following form with your technology needs for your event. Once your request is received, our Club Room Manager will reach out to you with confirmation and follow-up. We ask that this request is filled out at least 10 business days prior to your event. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to reach out to the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, Francesca Manilla at manillfa@westminster.edu.

Club Room Take-Over Request Link

Student Organizations and On-Campus Departments can collaborate with the Student Engagement Team to take-over the Club Room during open hours to support your event. Club Room is open Sunday-Thursday 8pm-12pm and Friday-Saturday 7pm-12pm. We would love to partner with you and help make your event successful. Please fill out the request link above with as much detail as you can. Once your request is received, our club room event manager will reach out to set up a meeting with you to go over your request and finalize details. 

The Club Room welcomes you to use any of our programming materials and items that are already stocked for use. We ask that you have club members or volunteers staff your event, especially if you are expecting a large crowd. The Club Room will provide one staff member for your event to supervise operations and provide assistance behind the bar.

These forms must completed for all overnight trips.

Ungrouped

This policy applies to all student travel, with the exception of student athlete and international study travel.  Policies that govern these types of travel can be found in Athletics and Academic Affairs respectively.
